We listen, act, and transform
Jennifer has been providing therapeutic services since 2012 and brings over a decade of experience working with individuals and families across a wide range of clinical and community-based settings. She spent more than 10 years supporting children and adolescents in high-acuity environments including psychiatric hospitals, residential/group home settings, and child protective services.
Jennifer also has extensive experience working with adults and aging populations, including hospice care, where she supported individuals and families navigating grief, loss, and end-of-life transitions. In addition, she has a strong clinical background working with individuals diagnosed with intellectual and developmental disabilities, autism spectrum disorders, and other genetic or neurological conditions.
Jennifer’s primary specialty is trauma-focused treatment, utilizing a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) approach to help clients understand the connection between thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and healing. Throughout her career, she has worked with individuals and families facing a variety of complex challenges, including generational family conflict, child abuse and neglect, custody-related stress, and family systems impacted by deeply divided political, religious, and personal beliefs.
Jennifer is also passionate about supporting clients experiencing anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, attention-related difficulties, grief and loss, relationship conflict, and identity-related stressors, including LGBTQ+ concerns.
Jennifer’s primary goal in therapy is to help individuals rediscover their self-worth, regain a sense of control when life feels overwhelming, and build the skills needed to move forward with confidence and purpose. She believes that healing is possible for everyone and that meaningful change can occur at any stage of life. In a world that often feels tense and divided, Jennifer is committed to helping clients navigate challenges with strength, clarity, and resilience.
